OK, now you’ve got your project defined and you’ve got your methodology all planned out – now it’s time to start collecting data, right? Wrong.

You could start collecting data at this point, but we can almost guarantee there will be gaping holes in your process that will be problematic for you down the road. It is worth your time and money to consult and test before you go any further. We suggest the following:
