Block Room Rate: $199.00/night
Registrants are responsible for reserving and making their own hotel room reservations. NEDARC cannot reserve hotel rooms for anyone.

This will be a valuable workshop for grant writers who want to improve their skills and receive professional guidance on rigorous research-oriented grant writing.

Workshop attendance is especially encouraged for those who will be submitting a proposal to the NIH.


At this workshop, attendees will work on each section of their research grant proposal, receive continual feedback from experienced grant writers, and leave with a well-defined draft.

2. Outline the Significance, Innovation, and the Approach Sections
3. Write your Biographical Sketch
4. Plan your Budget
5. Put your NIH Proposal Together

Target Audience:

PECARN faculty, pediatric emergency medicine physicians, fellows, and others working in academic settings and conducting research in pediatric medicine

Please note that if you want to attend a workshop, you need to officially register for it.

Required Equipment/Software:

Participants will need to bring a laptop with a power cord and an external mouse.
